Zombizm spread by the bite?

I'm not on evil biome, necromanter atack me. They rise some bodys and get bolt in head... But one from reanimated corses bite my expedition lider in right lower arm before he (fresh corpse) lose his head. My dwarf was bleeding, now resting in hospital.  He can will be wake as zombie?

Unless it was a werebeast zombie. Still no zombie though, just a platypus.
