Yep.  And what it does do is really kind of annoying and useless - so posting to follow is perfectly valid.

Also, if Vanod did have access to crafting, there would be one, and only one thing he could craft.  A *Purple Chicken Leather Loincloth* - not to wear, mind you.  No.  To beat his enemies to death with, until it has more kills than his spear.

Vanod's Mother: That nice Mr. Morul from down the street wouldn't have run from those trolls; he would have turned them into masterwork troll bone bracelets for his mother. And did you know that he calls her every day no matter how busy he is? All I ever hear from that woman is how her son became legendary at something else and all I can talk about is how my son beat a skeletal goat to death with a chunk of meat! Why can't you go to a Necromancer's tower and make something out of yourself instead of running around half-naked all the time?
