The Phantom spoke up, "I'm sorry, but I routed the portal to the wrong place on accident, we're two years away from our target."

"No, we're two years after the time we're supposed to aim for. We don't need to base up here, before it is what you're thinking of."

I heft my chainmail and thwack the portal until it makes an older sound, and set it slightly better on target. Then I put it back on so that its lighter, and walk through it.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

"Well, I'm not sure if that's entirely feasible," gurgled Edio. "Does time work like that?"
