Does anyone knows if there is a way of using the wells? I tried 'I'nteract without success.

you have to press u i think.
you can lower/raise the bucket and so.
i once did it, so it should be possible

[ u ] raise bucket
[ I ] select container and fill it from bucket

I will allow you to fill a waterskin with river water.  If you just want to drink river water, use e and pick drink from river at the bottom.

Hmmm, you can only lick the waterskin. I need to drop it than pick up the water than i can drink it, just in case someone else is wondering.

if the waterskin has water in it you "e"at the water from the waterskin not the waterskin itself

You have to select the water in the waterskin, not the waterskin.  Also, don't use a waterskin.  It holds 3 water, which is not much at all.  Use a quiver.  If you don't have too much on you, you should be set for the rest of your short life.
