The motherload

In my most recent start with the new update, I was exploring a town and found these rooms. Every single tile is filled with stuff (so far I’ve seen anywhere from 2-8 pages of stuff per tile). None of the items have the $ symbol bracketing them, so it’s all mine for the taking. I can’t think of what on earth caused this in world gen, other than perhaps a very successful adventurer used to own these rooms and he died. But there is no furniture or anything, so it appears to be a series of stockpiles rather than any kind of living area.

Most of the stuff is predominately crafts, but I’ve found weapons and armor in each tile too, so it’s not an old specialty shop or anything.

Note: All the little purple people symbols you see in the below image are ghost images left by my companions, there are no NPCs in these rooms.

It's a warehouse, NPC version of a dwarf fortress stockpile, without any bins.

Although I don't think I've ever seen one that chock full of stuff before.

I've found a few about that stocked with crap. Not one backpack, which I mention too often on these forums. But yeah, I just pretend I can't steal the stuff, otherwise finding stuff in dungeons becomes pointless.

Humans seem to love having unbelievable amounts of leather clothing. Of all warehouses I've seen in the newest update, the majority are packed with leather clothing.
