vampires usually arent that hard to find.
just go to some town and see if the law-giver has tons of human/elf/goblin/kobold *creaturename*man accesoires.
also, i heard that animal people living peacefully whit other people have high vampire chance.

Just so you know though, the world I use is in the year 505. 

It took me an entire day to generate it, that is why the file is so large. 

If the treasure trove is not there when you generate the world, that would be the reason why.

How did you get the world map?
You can export it in legends mode by pressing d: export detailed map => standard biome and site map.  I used legends viewer to view the site and it also shows the map and some other details.
