i found having a quiver of iron arrows i use as thrown weapons works VERY well, throw a few and move in for the kill with my iron longsword.

having your sword in one hand and the other hand empty works really well too, grab them by the upper body and chop them in half or behead them, works 90% of the time

i also like breaking all there limbs and then pinching off there fingers one by one, when they are unconscious all the pinches make there fingers pop off
finger pinching usually causes death by blood loss :3

Shield in right hand, nothing in the left. Charge them to stun them, then grab the throat with your left hand, place a chokehold, strangle them; they pass out. Bash their head in with your shield, it almost always takes only a single shield bash.

Pinching off facial features is always amusing due to the fact that it almost always causes bandits to run away in terror. Ripping off someone's arm and re-animating it to kill him is also simply hilarious.

Morningstar, whip and sword. Tri wielded. Got an adventurer who somehow did this until a (un)lucky strike by a no named swordsman.
With this I can embed two weapons at two different opponent and wrestle them with my whip. embeding it at the upper/lower body tends to give them difficulty in breathing or cut guts. The whip because it makes it look[?] cool. In my imagination at least
