Hell. Yes. Freespace was awesome, and I still go back to my modded Freespace 2 now.

Makes me wonder who owns the IP to Freespace - Interplay probably,  but Volition have been purchased by THQ (and went on to do cool things with Saints Row and Red Faction). Would be interesting to see them go back to those roots though.

Oh well, it's nearly at 2 million, over 200% of the huge target number with elevens day to go. If I have to guess it'll go over 2.5 million before it ends.

5 days to go and it's at 2,3M€. At 2,5M$ they hire more staff for the project and at 3M$ we get mod tools.

2,5 will happen, but 3 seems to be out of reach. I hope they get more art and maybe some music out so that the funding will keep flowing.
