See, you've got a couple problems here - you weren't just sharing problems and asking for solutions, you were making demands. No one likes demands. Worse, you really do sound really really whiny and lazy.

Your last post doesn't help, since you've made it quite clear you created 50 adventurers without changing your strategy a single time, and were surprised to get the same result.

I apologize. I don't know what's come over me - but every time I read one of his posts it fills me with all kinds of rage.
I guess its not really justified though - I'll bow out. Especially since I'll otherwise just end up saying something nasty in response to his more recent posts.

Who's "hating" on him? Seems a bit of an extreme term. The content of the OP is fair enough, but he (or she) has expressed it an a fairly rude way* (and I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt here and assume that was unintentional). It's fair enough to point this out, and tbh, the best thing he could have said was "whoops, sorry guys, that didn't come across in the way I intended" rather than whinging about being ganged up on.

*It's the title, I think. "Bug fix update, now please" is pretty demanding. If he'd said something like "Really looking forward to the bug fixes!" I don't think anyone would have had a problem.

Um... I think you're overreacting a bit here, too. I mean, I felt rather annoyed when I saw the thread's title, myself, Toady just released a big, fun update and I don't see why people should be rushing him to work more.
But can't we all just take a chill pill and go throw some more adventurers through the bandit/mummy/vampire-fueled meatgrinder that is the current version?

Edit to add: I don't have too many bandit problems, myself. In my latest world I'm starting to see what you mean... It's mostly archers who are the problem; being historical figures now they build up their skills throughout all of worldgen, and generally incapacitate the adventurer as soon as you take a step when ambushed.

I reply to posts not reading the new ones (because of the intense flow of them)
The replies I do are as in to the people I reply too, not counting the people who posted after the people I replied too. If that makes sense.
