What do the dwarfs' personalities effect?

Different personality traits make them more or less happy in given situations.  For example, a Dwarf who "doesn't like going out of his way to help others" will be unhappy to give water to an injured dwarf, where others would be happy or neutral about it.  I'm not sure that all personality traits are linked to an action, but some are.  And if a dwarf likes certain items, seeing or eating them (in the case of food) will make them happy.
