I've played so many of these in the past, they kind of went viral all over the internet after the first few began. Haven't played any in a long time though!

You can take a minor country, but it's prefered if you take a major power.

Okidoki, I'm just going to grab the best rules I can find, I know the guy who first did these so he has literally hundreds. Going to get him to send me the statistics/rules for either 1981 or 1960.

Its a great concept if you ask me. I saw plenty of rules in different places, but most of them seemsd the same. It also dependds if you want a long game with space race or short one.
If you move the starting date from 1980 to 1970 it might be more interesting for USSR (loss of the space race) but also for US (Nam and Iran).
