Military dress

It's been a while since I messed with the military all that much; do they properly dress themselves now, or will a dwarf walk around without socks because they grabbed their boots first?

[OVER CLOTHING] and [REPLACE CLOTHING] can really help you here. Though they'll still bugger it up if you assign a uniform in the wrong order.
