What?

Okay.
1) Download the map: Right-click on it and "Download Picture".
2) Open it from your comp with paint.
3) Edit it.
4) Save your changes.
5) Upload the new map to www.img.ie
6) Copy the url, and replace the url between the [ img] [/img] tags in the post by the new map's url.

God, how the hell do I copy one "tile" and move it to another "tile". I tried using the selct tool and the copy stamp but they are not working.

Just select it with select tool and press ctrl+c, deselect and press ctrl+v. Should work

Edit: I made the map a little to small but eh, whatever.

You used the wrong link I think. The link you posted is the Tumbnail link, not the fullsized one. No problem though.

You did forget to update your stats and your player turn.
