History 10+13+5 = 28
The Flowing Hammer. It is a legacy item. It seems to be created out of volcanic glass, and is touted by the dwarves to be a piece of Armok himself. It is a weapon that embodies the ideals of most dwarves. It is perpetually warm, and may be seen as a mirror image of Winterer - Winterer is a bladed weapon, the Flowing Hammer is a blunt weapon; Winterer is cold, the Flowing Hammer is hot; the Hammer is rock, the Winterer metal. The Flowing Hammer was first discovered in the caldera of the Endless Plains of Oil volcano, which is ironically located in the largest mountain range in all of the world, by a dwarf named Urist Myzenhiemer. With the help of the Hammer, he became a legendary hammerdwarf and forged a series of united fortresses out of the chaos the dwarven continent was. Unfortunately, one day he was ambushed by a team of feral elfs and died at their wooden weapons, and the Hammer was lost. Many years later, another dwarf wrested the Hammer from its place in a certain elf tribe near the western ranges of Myirki and massacred it with the help of his party, which is said to include Bano (Lich wizard), a mysterious female tiefling with the alias of Sanddancer (some martial class, unknown), a mechanic from another plane, named Ediacaran (similar to artificer, but uses a weapon called a 'gun' which shoots small pieces of metal), a human male named Blado, and a intelligent giant, who called himself the Prince of Futility and killed anyone who refused to call him by that name, excluding his own party members. Needless to say, this party was evil, with a capital 'e'. The victim tribe's allies attempted to take revenge, but a specially bred squad of lava-immune elephants and clever use of lava floes burnt them to crisps. The new owner of the Flowing Hammer currently resides somewhere in the dwarven continent.
Arcane 10+17+5 = 32
The Flowing Hammer is indestructible. Its hammerhead can morph into molten rock and wrap itself around the target, oftentimes burning him to the bone. Other properties include creating a heat wave.

Arcana 10+18+5 = 33
Noire used to be a normal continent. About seventy years ago, a female mechanic called Ediacaran swept into the continent and sacked all opposition with her party members. She then focused political power to a puppet government, and declared a ban on arcane magic. Sorcerers all over the continent were forced to flee for their lives or otherwise be (a) enslaved (b) gruesomely killed (c) maimed, and tongues cut, so that they could not manifest any magic. Non-natives were allowed to leave in peace. Wizards' arcane scrolls were confiscated, spell components seized, spell books likewise seized, and familiars killed. The whole continent was dimension locked except for a few places. Antimagic machines were constructed by unknown methods and distributed everywhere. All wizards and sorcerers who attempted to fight were curb-stomped. It is said many outsiders were killed due to being deprived of many of their special abilities. Even now, all arcane mages who deem to enter must undergo some processes. Wizards' spell components are seized and returned as they leave, and sorcerers are forced to wear either shocker circlets (which deliver a electric current whenever sorcerers try to access their magic) or antimagic bracelets.
Gambler 10+6=16
Anya's friends shy clear of Noire. Its totalitarianism state forbids dice or card gambling and chop off the right hand of anyone caught.

History 10+9+5=24
Same as above.
Arcana 10+24+5 = 39
The Flowing Hammer grants the owner fire resistance or immunity, becomes an Elfbane weapon. Many of the Hammer's abilities are 'save-or-die, still sucks if you save anyway' type abilities.
Geography 10+9+5 = 24
The dwarven continent has a large volcano in the center. On the island to the north-west of it, a series of allied fortresses stand, while the main continent is more fractured. Fortresses often rise and fall quickly.
