I find that I need to figure out what characters will grow the best, and focus on those characters. Though I sometimes regret not getting some bits of story and such from supports on characters who are just interesting. I also tend to neglect those characters who are already promoted into later classes, usually because it feels like I have no control on making them stronger.

Meh, the Est archetype tends to have some of the best growths around, but they come in so late it's often not worth it.

Compare and contrast Karel from 6 who has the best growths ever but only one level to benefit from :V

I'm not exactly sure when people started, as I came in a little late. I do seem to remember it ended before the start time of the usual Weird or Kuji games but thats 10pm est. I want to guess something like 5-10pm EST. Could easily be mistaken though. I've slept since then, and the memory may have leaked out onto my pillow.
