I'm not 100% sure it works yet

But it seems like that If you give multiple training orders, they will still spar.

You can have a 10 man squad with this kind of orders:

Train 3
Train 4
Train 5

And sparring will occur

This means that it initiates the act of sparring, or that it does not affect the rate of dwarves sparring at all?

I think it means dwarves spar more, since a large squad usually has more demonstrations than sparring.
