Consider rewriting as:
"Be careful: Don't breath in the deadly dust of serpents, worms, or dragons!"
for increased clarity. As-written, the sentence is ambiguous if you intend the reader to avoid inhaling serpents and worms, in addition to dragon dust-- or, if you intend to avoid inhalation of the dusts of all three kinds of creatures. Simple pluralization of dust provides indication that it is multiple kinds of dust, but is less clear than the suggested sentence. Additionally, comma provides insufficient emphasis for the imperative. Replacement with colon indicates more clearly that the avoidance of the dust is what one must be careful of. Additionally, when using an imperative, the first word after the punctuation is capitalized.
