Work on the SEA sattelite goes slow, and the power requirements from the instruments and the large communicators weight down the thing considerably and limit it's life expectancy

There isn't much left to add anymore, but Dr. Faust thinks he might be able to make the thrusters lighter or increase their burning speed given enough funds( Further thruster safety reseach impossible, further efficiency research impossible).
