Do your other scientist do anything usefull? As for the german scientist, he would give a +25 bonus to the science project he's working on.

He will convince "OH CANAADUUUUH's" government that an alliance would be a good thing for us.

Don't we have only one lab? Ah, w/e. Have my good man work on enlarging the fuel tank. If we only have one lab, BUILD ANOTHER FLOOR

Thanks for being patient with me. This is going to be a good forum game....

You have one lab, but your main character, having the scientist archettype, can work in his office.
Also, please edit in all your actions. easier for me if I only have to search one post.

Better question, what effects will it have? I mean, are you sharing tech or are you doing other stuff.
Anyway, rolling the turn soon.

Sharing tech.
Automatically, or when you feel like it.

Actually, I'm thinking of something else:
I invent the tech, and you apply it. The more difficult stuff I could do better, since scientist archetype + German scientist.

I say call it in ACTA (see my reference?)
Austrian-Canadian Technological Alliance.

Designing rockets based on a tech requires the tech itself, so actually you would still be sharing tech.

Do I need a separate design for it?

If no, then this is my full action:
