Soon.  (Edit done.)
Also, my mechanics tend to glitch out when given very low numbers( Ie that's why your lifesupport module suddenly weights 1000 kg) not including the animal.

Anything really
You can just write up your sheet(see first post) and choose a nation( that hasn't been taken yet) and you're ready to go.

After world war two Teldon Y'rell had made millions in the weapons and aerospace industry for the Allies.
While having no technical expertise he had enormous reserves of business prowess, using it to get rich on the war.
After the war ended, he decided the future was in rockets, so started his own rocket agency.
His goal is as it always was, profit.

If we have a two stage rocket and put a thruster on both stages, how does that work?

Well that's actually the point of a 2-stage rocket. They're just 2 stage1 put on top of each other. These will fly if:
1<(Thrust stage 1)/(Weight stage 2+Weightstage 1+Payload)+ (Thrust stage2)/(Weight stage 2+¨Payload) is true.(I assume you put the payload on top of the rocket, and not on one of the lower stages.)

Construction:
The warhead is mounted on the Regained 1. However, since it isn't shielded, launching it into space would probably destroy it

Other:

You make contact with the Basques, an ethnic community in Nothern Spain. Some nationalistics groups there want independence, and are preparing to fight for it. The would pay you for the delivery of the giant rocket, and also inquire if you have any smaller models. However, selling weapons to them would certainly destabilse the situation in Spain. THey have given you 1000 in advance and are willing to pay for each rocket.

Expenses:

Research:
Lab 1st floor: Work on the sattelite goes well and the progresses quite fast.
Lab 2nd floor: Work on the thruster goes equally well. However the scientist mention that the thruster has reached a certain amount of complexity above which making improvements is difficult.(Upgrading this Thruster now costs 2000)

Welp, I know what I'm naming my first manned dogged rocket.

And seriously?  How does an empty hull explode?  At least my R&D team is clearly very dwarfy.

They made a 1/10 fullyfunctioning(Actually not) prototype. Also they used Liquid oxygen tanks for the mock-up

They need to stay away from the full tanks then.

Can I research the same thing twice in one year?

Urist growled as he got back from his meeting with the scientists.  He had yelled at them for half an hour, which made him feel somewhat better.  These failures would probably make him miss his goal, and the company would look bad in the eyes of the world- funding would suffer.

The manufacturing building expansion was done, at least- Urist already had plans in his head about a much larger version of the Spear.  Sadly, building it wouldn't be possible this year- he couldn't budget it, the needed repairs, and all the research all at once.  If he built it next year, he should be able to squeeze in the launch before the deadline.

Urist checked his calendar- he should be able to go yell at the eggheads for another session tomorrow.  That'd make him feel better.

His secretary then walked in and handed him a note.  How interesting... the Chinese wanted to talk with him.  With a quick note, he scheduled the call.

Research:
Continue to improve our rocket fuel to increase our thrust.

Life Support Module:  Make that elephant lighter.

Thruster:  I want a larger one.  Keep it safe, but we NEED MORE POWA!

Designs:
[Personal Design]
The Spear Mk II
Height: 20m
Weight:  3975kg
Available Payload: 800kg
Thrust:  1000kg to LEO (110%)

Components:
Single stage hull (20 meter): 75*20-> 1500kg
Small thruster (1 meter): 100kg, 1000kg To LEO
Normal fuel tanks x19 (19 meter): 2375kg

Building:
Repair the labs.

Other:
Accept this trade:  (Note- it is for all blueprints and notes both ways.)

I'll trade you the plans for my two-stage hull for your improved standard fuel plans.

Total expenses:

6k  (3x 1k for research, 3k for building)

Nah you can't. Um, research isn't finished until the end of the year. You can try to buy it from the chinese though.
Fun fact: deadlines aren't due untill the end of the year in question, so you still have 3 turns.

Third: 2 Stage rockets are formatted in the following format.

STAGE 1: LOwest stage
Thrust:
Weight:
COmponents:
-Thruster
-fuel
-chassis
Stage:2 Top stage
Thrust:
Weight:
Components:
-Thruster
-Fuel
-CHassis( Can use the 1 stage chassis for this one)
-Payload

The payload is calculated by a formula  I stated several times ago, and I'm willing to calculate it for you.
