Noob trade question

I have a broker and I toggled off all his jobs. But he still didnt go to the trade depot when his status was even "No job". And I already asked my drawves moved all goods there. Of course , I cant press "t" to trade.
Anyone can give me a hint, please ?

Did you request a broker to trade depot?  The button to press is 'r' .
