In their entity file. But since they don't have any you need to make one for them.

Once again, Ive failed what must be s mundane task, but I cant for the life of me make this work. I just stick it in the entity_default.txt down the bottom?

Try adding a T between the last N and the last ] of Putnam's suggestion. I suspect that it's currently trying to make a playable gian eagle entity, but you want a playable giant eagle entity.
