Ice cream is awesome. Why do I never hear of mods with dwarven ice cream? Alcoholic, of course.

Alcoholic icecream...

Would be very easy to make. You could just rename Dwarven Rum into Dwarven Icecream. Of course if you want a more complicated version you could make a custom reaction and require that ice be a reagent.
