I wonder if in thirty years people will look back on teenies fashion and think it looks as corny as the eighties. If you look at the cover to Rumours, you see they looked so cool in the seventies in comparison. But sure, Fleetwood Mac are pretty solid. Sonically, 7.9/10, lyrically it's not much to write home about.

I used to have Morrissey's Viva Hate one side of a cassette tape and The Jam's Greatest Hits on the other. The Jam, like every band from the late seventies  (Fleetwood Mac, Gang of Four, The Kinks, Joy Division etc.), got worse in the eighties. I blame synths and drum machines.

That said: rate this one here: I Love A Man In Uniform - Gang of Four.

It strangely stopped being played on radio when the Falklands war began...
