I have a modded in intelligent race of pets, the dwarves have been chucking their corpses in a graveyard stockpile and no ghosts yet.

Cats do have souls by stealing a portion from an unsuspecting dwarf or computer programmer in a process known as 'Adoption'

It's a secret lab where they take the tags out of zombie animals and put them in the tags of other zombie animals to create a race of Super Zombie Animals!

I'm on those boards for 5 years, and I think i'll never get bored of the utter madness around this place :)

Were they just pets though, or part of your civ's caste?
