1. Game Parameters -> Reduced Height Windows.
2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable

PC using  the 1024x768 resolution.And yes i did pin the taskbar to the right as in your sig

Yeah, I'm playing on 1024x768 as well, and I've never had problems with the horizontal resolution... What window are you having trouble with?

EDIT:The game creation window is too wide.The others are fine

Hm. It really shouldn't be; it is only about 7/8th the width of my screen. You can compress it horizontally with ResizeEnable; it probably won't be pretty, but it isn't as if you're going to be looking at it every time you play.
