The dwarves came to my fortress in 1055 and the meeting never ended.  They showed me their list of goods they wished me to provide them the following year, and I hit OK, but the following "good bye" message never came.

At the same time my Trader who was the Town Manager/Hoardemaster/Town Broker decided to get stuck in Attend Meeting.  He's been like this for 2 years now.  He'll still eat, drink and sleep - but nothing else.  He won't go to the damn trader stocks so I'm missing out.

Worse yet I drafted him, removed him from the nobility and he STILL won't change into a recruit or stop attending his meeting    Any thoughts?  Is this a bug?

I would suggest getting a new person to fill the position for now. Not sure if that would solve the problem for now.

Well the problem is the Trader is very skilled.  I assigned it to someone else but the Trader proceeded to be stuck in the same meeting for 2 more years.

Finally I drafted all the nobility it would allow me to into Royal Guards :snicker:  It appears the Mayor was trying to hold a meeting but it wasn't completing.  Drafting everyone into Royal guards seemed to clear all their queues or something..
