Gee Urist, that elf sure can prance fast when he's motivated....

So, the elf caravan got slaughtered by some gobbos. Big whoop. Didn't like em anyway.

How can I tell if their sisters-in-arms are mad enough to stage an invasion? Can I find out which civs I'm at
war with in a menu somewhere, that sort of thing?

Check the (c)ivilisations screen. That'll tell you if they're going to start throwing corpses and wooden socks at you :P

They won't war you currently if their trade caravan is destroyed.

Oh no.

No they won't.

They will just treat that as an economic loss (no added goods next year until they get a profit).

IF you want a war with them, they need to have a diplomat.

Which is not currently implemented. Quietust may have the code, or any vet around here.
