So, I recently got demoted back to a standard user by my dad who is an admin, and normally when I run some of my games(Mabinogi, for example), it would bring up a password. But now, it seems to not bring up the PW confirmation screen for the Admin, and I believe this may be a UAC issue. Can anyone shine some light on this and how to fix it?

My guess?  The system is doing its job.  Correctly.

You're being denied the password confirmation because you are a user.  If you aren't some form of administrator, the system will deny you administrator privileges.  If this is a problem, talk to your dad about either making you an administrator, making you a limited super user, or have him set things to allow what you need as a user.

Mind I'm making some assumptions here because you didn't provide complete information; something actually is failing to work correctly, you mean UAC to mean 'User Account Control', and are running Microsoft Windows 7, right?
