Wait. Is it even within the bounds of the forum ToS to be under age 13? Isn't there some COPPA thing about that, and you have to tick a box saying you're over 13? I forget. Let me check.

Just going to echo this, I'm fairly sure it's actually against the law to collect information from minors without parental consent. I read something just the other day about email accounts being shut down because they belonged to under-13 year olds.

Yeah, isn't there a part of COPPA that basically says you need to inform underage people that they need parental consent, or implement an age restriction or something? I don't know all the details.
