Leadership skills

Is there anyway to train this? Or for that matter any of the other "leadership" skills like liar or comedian?

Social skills like liar or comedian seem to level up if you leave dwarves idling together.  They socialize, make friends, and gain experience in their social skills.  I don't know how to train up leadership, or even if it's possible.

putting "anyone can trade" in your depot will level up social skills too for anyone who trades
