You know what? I'm faaaaar too impatient to wait for a poll when nothing else is happening on the lower boards. Since Orange and Purple are tied, I'll roll the breaking vote...
Bang, Orange.
Second place is purple.
You are Kumbas Hydrok, one of the people of the few settlements that have been able to hang onto this dangerous world. You sigh. It's only your third day on sentry duty as an archer -you had decided to become a guard and know how to use all the ranged weapons-, and you're rather nervous about your possible performance. You're only a novice, and if raiders come you're not sure you could do much. Oh well, doubting never helped anyone, did it? You grab your leather armor and drag it over your shirt, sleepily strapping your crossbow onto your side, slinging your three quivers (One full of arrows, one bolts, and one of javelins) over your back, grabbing your bow, and placing the five darts you keep on your hip for emergencies in their proper place.
Seeing as you're now properly geared up, you walk outside. You've always found the still air of the purple time to be particularly peaceful and you've always liked it, although of course there are many of your compatriots who would disagree. But you find to your complete shock and surprise that the sun shines orange, and the outside land is tinted orange. It had been purple last night- it skipped! You can feel the still, comfortable air dissolving to be more open! You wouldn't normally mind, but it should be gradually shifting, and this skip is going to have horrible effects- you can see it now, the plains are beginning to crumble away, with islands of rock slowly being revealed.
And you're the first one up. Noone else knows.
What will you do?
