Hello folks

In the kitchen screen, seafood always shows as "Turtle", "Turtle", "catfish" "catfish" and so on. My question is: Which one is the raw one and which one is the prepared one ? I want to prevent my cook from cooking the raw one to save the shells

I think those are actually different species/genders of turtle on the list, I don't think kitchens cook raw fish.

Those are male and female turtles.  Vermin have their genders listed separately on the cooking screen, but because they don't have different names for male and female turtles you just see the same name twice.
