Good ASCII Drawer?

I'm looking for an ASCII drawer. There used to be a very good one on Bay12, but I can't seem to find it. ASCII Draw doesn't seem to work on mine anymore. Anyone got some good ASCII drawers?

MSPaint, a font with even spacing like courier, and tons of altcodes/unicode.
