Pretty sure Sais count as a sort of sword. Actually you guys have just given me an awesome idea. I just started recruiting super mutants exclusively (got a guy with 29 agility, can't wait to get him to max juice so he has some ridiculous untouchable level of agility) and I think I shall equip them all with swords just to be an imitation TMNT.

To truely reflect the TMNT squad, I'd suggest the following equipment:

Leonardo: Katana
Donatello: Staff (There is something close enough in game)
Raphael: Knife (A knife is closer to the size of a sai than a sword, if it was a large knife)
Michelangelo: Chain (A chain is closest to the nunchaku he uses, plus he can often be seen using a rope in the cartoon)

RE Grimith: I'm sorry if I implied that the other turtles are not Elite Liberals.  It just that in LCS, swords are generally the best melee weapon, although the best melee weapon seems to change with each version, so I may now be mistaken.  Also, Leonardo is indeed the most Elite Liberal turtle, as he was always the one complaining the most about pollution and guns.

1. Welcome to the Bay12 forums!
2. Pollution and/or nuclear (I think) laws need to be C+. Then just walk around the vegan co-op until you find one.

Maybe it's parasitic. It never loses its flavor because you eventually die from having your nutrients stolen by it.

Homeless shelter is easier. And they are much more common if BOTH pollution and nuclear laws are C+.

I consider mutants to be some of the perks of starting in Nightmare mode (along with Child Workers, who have unremarkable stats but are young enough to be in the prime of life when your founder and lieutenants have become middle-aged, if you are playing a long-term game as opposed to the violent option, which ends within two or three years).
