What is the probability of a 15 level Armorsmith creating a masterpiece?

Just did some !!SCIENCE!! and I reached the conclusion that my armorsmith has  3/10 probability of creating a masterpiece.

I don't know how you get a 25 Level Armorsmith, but I did some tests with a Legendary+5 in this topic.

The 40d Item Quality wiki page has a list though I'm not sure if it still applies or not. Someone should probably get together and recompile a new list though.
