Btw, this stuff works for me.  I use a program called Anki to study things.  The way it's set up it kind of feels like a game.  There are even plugins so you can have achievements.  It's rather addictive and effective for me.

Thanks for the link, that looks very useful! I'm going to be memorizing a whole lot of amino-acids next semester and that looks really excellent for that purpose.

It works extremely well, it's just important that you study every day.  Also be careful about adding a bunch of cards at once since they affect how many you'll review later.

Will they call all the casual fitocrats noobs, and create alternate accounts just for the opportunity to cheat the matchmaking system and stomp all over them as a cooldown exercise?
