My first forgotten beast ... I think it was a humanoid made of snow who had like five tails with stingers on them and a nasty poison. He stung a dog before being easily slain and leaving only a pool of water.

I monitored that dog intensely for quite a while ... but it never showed any symptoms. At all.

Ladybugs already have shells :/

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

My first was a normal material (flesh) termite with a trunk that breathes fire. It ended up melting itself.

The hardest ones?
Probably: Nubpo Nightrumors (lizard, with poisonous blood causing paralysis)
Imust Spurtglands the Fatal Sucker (grime and filth blob with a shell and noxious secretions)

I once had either a FB or a demon along as a companion in adventure mode. The description sounded alot like sonic:

So that's where classic sonic's been before Generations...

Put into this light, Dr. Robotnik and Armok could easily have been roommates.
