Plowing animals for farming

I'm not sure if this has been suggested already. However I know updates to farming have been discussed so I'd like to add my spice to the soup. pic says it all

I think it bring some realism into game and managing animals would have a use
I don't know the right word in english but here's the pic http://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiedosto:Farmer_plowing.jpg
I imagine that this would apply on aboveground plants and only horses and bulls could be used in this task
