How could it be implemented in to the game? Perhaps a new downtown site like the gentlemen's club, but with far less strict entrance criteria. I think that gambling would add a fun new spin (like in roulette, get it?) to the game. Perhaps roulette with green and red instead of white and red, poker that you win depending on your intelligence, maybe a new gambling skill, persuasion, and psychology. Russian roulette, which you could send hoards of hippies to make money with (only at very Conservative or Liberal gambling laws)? Slot machines which always lose at C+ corporate regulation laws?

Able to try to cheat, based on gambling and street sense? Cocktail waitresses at M to C+ gender equality laws? Back non public area with a new type of document you can run in the Liberal Guardian to push public opinion of gambling issue? Safe in the back? Turning over tables and smashing slot machines to rampage?

haveing just played a lot of saints row 3's Professor Genki's Super Ethical Reality Climax im thinking that some kind of running man game show to the death thing for C+ laws.
after all when you have slaves why not have game shows that kill people?
