If a dwarf wants to attend a meeting with the mayor and he is somehow hindered (he rests in my case) to conduct it, the dwarf wont stop trying to attend it, except for sleeping/eating/drinking

and that is for every dwarf that tried to attend a meeting, they refuse to do anything but to stand next to the mayor in his bed

now that the mayoe has recovered my bonecarver refuses to do anything but standing around the bed the mayor was in ~~
