So, I've stumbled upon this game and it's a nice time breaker:

Interface looks more like terraria but the game plays more like minecraft, geared to crafting instead to boss fighting. Mining yelds more loot than mosters and it is nice to disco er crafting recipes as you go.

It is somewhat limited in content but it has been released not so long ago and recently got an update adding a lot of stuff so there is hope in that regards.

The controls are good, jumping is context sensitive and works well. I'm enjoing it right now, dunno if the amusement will last as there is not a clear ending or performance index or winning condition yet.

Nice!
Looks wonderful.
I hate touchscreens, but devs keep trying to bait me in with cool applications.

Is the world randomly generated at all?

yes it's random. from the itunes description it's not that clear.

the level is limited, not endless, but you can delete it and start over. you keep your items when switching from one world to another. I've now a world that use for building, one for mining and the other for adventuring. when one of the later two is depleted, I generate a random new one without losing my home and stuff on world 1.
