[33g] Dead dwarf not taken out of workshop

(Searched, did not find something alike)
I had a moody dwarf claiming a craftsman's workshop. When his demands were not fulfilled, I stationed a few guards near him in case he snapped...which he did. The guards beat him down (in the lower left tile of the workshop), his corpse stayed in one piece. The corpse was not hauled until I removed the workshop (after miasma reminded me).

Removing the workshop immediately triggered some haulers.

In a Craftdwarf's workshop, the left, lower left, lower, and upper right tiles are all non-walkable.  The problem is most likely that the body shouldn't have been in the tile in the first place, not that it couldn't be removed later.

Maybe the guy got smacked into the corner by one of my soldiers - "non-walkable != wall" or so.

I had the same/a very similar thing happen in one of the earlier 33 versions, with guards killing a dwarf in a workshop, but the dwarf ended up on a tile where haulers couldn't get to him.
