Finding sewers when they don't show up on map.

So I just got told by a "deity" to go kill some serpent man in the sewers of this city I'm in. Problem is, I've walked over every square of the city in the Fast Travel menu, and there are no "Sewer Access" points at all. There aren't even sewer grates.Could they be outside the city? I Checked the immediate area, but nothing. Has anyone else encountered this?

Maybe the sewer access got stuck in some area inaccessible via roads? Like you have to go in between buildings to find it? Look around manually between buildings for downward slopes in tight alleyways.

Alternatively, I think you can access the sewers from the keep dungeons.

Also, there might be a way to get in from the river, although you need a good swimming skill for that (or be a vampire since those can't drown).
