Adventure Mode: bodies disappearing in the water - but n

Just like it says. I got a messssage that some lizardman I knocked back. (I already knocked him into a water square, and continued to fight him, from the adjacent dry land) I knocked him back, and he flew further into the river. He then proceeded to vomit and "disappeaer under the water" two times in a row.

But... I could still see him throughout the entire process.

He then bled to death, and his body disappeared

The sentence you quoted was probably:

"The vomit disappears into the water."

I couldn't find a string referring to anything else disappearing in the water.  I went kind of crazy with vomit strings when I was doing that part.

You should add "the most accurately-simulated vomit in any roguelike" to http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/features.html.  =)

If it was supposed to be the vomit, then there is a parser error, because it said:

The Lizardman vomits.
The Lizardman disappears under the water.
The Lizardman vomits.
The Lizardman disappears under the water.

Is that from gamelog.txt?  I did a text search through the entire game for "disappears" and only came up with:

"The vomit disappears into the water."
"The rest of the vomit disappears into the water."

edit: "disappear" and "under the"/"into the" yield similar results.
