1. My shiny-new, completely dry fortress has lungfishes swimming in it. Maybe because it's near a brook... maybe they count as vermin... maybe my dwarves are hallucinating... ^^

2. After redirecting a little magma (yay! the perfect place for a fortress!), my dwarves started to keep complaining about not being able to perform "Clean" due to "Cannot find a path". Uhm...

Lungfish have the "Amphibious" designation, like turtles.

In real life they can breathe out of water, so they got tagged as such.  I think it's a bit inaccurate, as IIRC the main reason they can breathe water is so they can survive if the water they are in dries up, until it comes back... they're not supposed to randomly cruise around the landscape the way they do in the game.  It would probably be more accurate if lungfish were found at the bottom of dried-up murky pools.

So, technically, I don't think it's a bug in that way.

As far as the cleaning job being cancelled... I get those when I flood a tunnel with magma. Normally I have a stone or item in the magma channel somewhere that gets melted. That seems to generate a cleaning job for the ?gob? that gets generated. Since its in the magma and I normally block off all access points the dwarves cannot path to the gob to clean it. That might be where your cancellation is coming from.
