My other computer appears to have gotten the virus cloud security a rouge spyware.
Both share a wireless network. What should I do so as to keep my main computer safe and to remove this viral infection post-haste? I've no means to purchase anti malware software if that helps to narrow down the replys to possible solutions. The infected computer is running vista and the main computer has XP.
Please reply in a timely manner.

Scan with MSE. If it's anything lethal disconnect the computer from the internet.

Probably one of the best free scanners out there. Beyond running that and telling the results, can't help you much without knowing more. I believe it requires an email account now; if you have a cheap flash drive, download it on that through your uninfected computer and install it on both. Allow it to update, then disconnect the infected computer from the internet. Change passwords on any sites you may have visit on your infected computer as well, after disinfecting (assuming everything works).

That was a rather interesting experience which I hope I don't have to go through again any time soon.
