Walls constructed on arrow damaged tiles

Walls constructed arrow damaged tiles ( the underlined <and> tiles ) show up as the arrow damaged graphic, and not the wall graphic. Is this this intentional? it looks kind of ugly  :(

It's just failing to clean out the debris flags, I imagine.
