So as the title says we are editing LCS in a Liberal way
First Download XML notepad http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/e/e/6eef2361-33d4-48a2-b52e-5827c7f2ad68/XmlNotepad.msi 

Now lets go into our art folder in LCS folder

Let's make Armour Shall we

First Let's go into "armours" Then Right click On a Armour type you like then Duplicate it.

Once you done this you should have two lets say NinjaSuits

Let's change the idname to FishSuit Or something lets just play with it
So after you get the armour finished it is in the game when you save it.

So now we can obtain it in a few ways Loot/Deptstore or the Oubliette im Going
to go with the "Deptstore" So lets open it.

Go to the bottom one should be "Black Dress" Duplicate that and put where it says type FishSuit or whatever you called it Set a price and letter to buy it  with.

And your done Theres a poll if you dont get the others just vote or reply Ok.
