Is something like Dfusion exist and allow you to heal you or your party member ? I mean wounds which can't heal automatically.

Dunno. Can't answer for sure, but no matter what, you'll get wounds that'll cripple your person for life. Other wounds (such as broken bones) will heal with some time.

this is a weird question to answer.
Dfusion is a lua script use to run functions and commands to mess with dwarf fortress. though Dwarf companion had a heal hurt function but that only runs on the old 40d versions.
dfusion can heal wounds but it doesn't reset the body so they can stand or grab again until they die.
and this is the stand alone Dfusion not the Dfhack Dfusion which does not have creature flag abilities.
